Hope Cafe

Hope Cafe is a space for our community to come and enjoy tea, coffee, homemade cake and time with friends, family and meet new people. Hope cafe logo

You will receive a warm welcome from Joanne Ellis and her team of volunteers.

Hope Cafe is named as such because it is a place where you can find hope when you have none. We are happy to provide a pastoral listening ear to anyone who needs it. Some of our volunteers have been through training in pastoral care and our own Pastor Lee is happy to make himself available to listen and talk to you.

When are we open? Fridays from 9:30 till 3pm

What does it cost? £1 for drinks and cake with free refills on drinks (if you are financially struggling then it's on us - don't be embarrased to say so)

Are children welcome? YES! We have a soft play zone for little ones (children must be supervised by parents and carers at all times)

Where is it held? The church is just by the Fire Station in the High Street. The cafe runs in our activity hall which is accessed through the second door down the left hand side of church.

Stay and Play

On Wednesday mornings we run a session specifically designed for parents and pre-schoolers, where we have more soft play equipment out and a themed craft activity. The normal drinks and cakes are available at £1 each and Craft Activities are also £1. There is no charge for entry or using the play equipment.

To book into a session please visit our website calendar.
